Step 1: First, log in to Account Area.
Step 2: Once you log in to the account area you will get this screen you need to click on the “Downloads” option.
Step 3: Click on the “>” icon on the right like in the below screenshot.
Step 4: After clicking on the arrow you need to click on the “Purchase Details” option and then select the “Cancel Subscription” link like in the screenshot below
Step 5: That’s it! You’ve now canceled your subscription.
